**An exciting, **permeant** opportunity has become **available **for a Digital Data Specialist.**
The purpose of the Digital Data Specialist role is to lead and implement good practice in the digital data instrumentation of Bupa digital estate.
You will work within the Digital Insights team in translating requirements into action. You will maintain and extend the digital data layer so that it is coherent, transparent and consumable; and ensure that digital data capture is consistent over time to enable digital metrics tracking and trending. You’ll provide technical support and advice in A/B Testing and Insights Driven Optimisation for website optimization via Adobe Target, as well as maintaining Tag Management and data validity across Bupa ANZ via Tealium and Supertag.

**What do I need?**
- Experience in a similar role with experience in Marketing Tag implementation and running multivariate test for insight based optimisation
- Experience setting up tags using Enterprise Tag Management Solutions such as Tealium, Google Tag Manager or Ensighten
- Good understanding of tag management data layer
- Working knowledge with JavaScript
- Experience working directly with developers in implementing analytic solutions
- Experience within an optimisation program aimed at improving onsite conversion.
- Experience in online marketing campaigns, across channels including SEO, SEM, Display and Social.
Ideal Technology experience:
You use
- Tealium, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target Premium or other tag management and analytic solutions, Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel), Sitecore (desirable).
