**About The Role**
Cbus has a brand-new opportunity as part of our Member & Employer Experience team. As a Digital Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Cbus website channels, including effective content management and content optimisation. Your primary responsibilities will be ongoing website content management and optimising web content for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to improve visibility.
This role will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to create engaging content and digital experiences, ensuring brand alignment, quality, and consistency across digital channels. As a Digital Specialist, you will collaborate with Experience and Content Designers and other stakeholders to execute digital initiatives and ensure they meet Cbus' objectives, informed by data and insights. This role will also support the management of policy and governance frameworks, content strategy development, and website optimisation projects.
**About You**
You will have solid experience in the administration of content management systems, a keen eye for details, content performance metrics and providing insights for continuous improvement. You will have a foundational understanding of UX principles and perhaps have worked on UX and website optimisation projects during your career. Coupled with this, you will have a practical knowledge of web standards relating to SEO, accessibility, usability, analytics and web content best practices.
You will also be able to work autonomously and collaborate as part of a team. You will have demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage a range of tasks across multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines, prioritisation, and planning skills.
