**About the role**

We do have an exciting opportunity for a “Office and Warehouse Manager” to join our small team in Adelaide. This role plays an essential part in our business, you will be responsible for order handling and shipping as well as any clarification around it.

**Responsibilities**

Handling and processing orders

First point of contact for all customer enquiries

Preparing paperwork, booking and coordinating shipments

Managing purchase orders with our suppliers

Manage office and warehouse consumables

Packing orders and handling shipments

Sort and label stock

Manage regular stock take

**What you will bring to the role**

Open attitude to deal with all kind of customers

Capability to work independently

Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel

Hands-on mentality to work in a small team

Basic technical understanding of electrical products

Experience with Unleashed (inventory) and Xero (accounting) are an advantage

Knowledge of the electrical wholesale market are an advantage

**Salary**: $50,228.47 - $75,602.06 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Beverley, SA 5009: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales order management: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
