Embracing Listen, one of QinetiQ’s three core values, we have taken our Graduates’ feedback on board and we are thrilled to announce that this year, we have created multiple streams within our Graduate Development Program. Each role has been aligned to one of two streams:
**Rotational Stream**: Targeted at graduates who are keen to allow curiosity to fuel their graduate experience, seeing them rotate through 3 different placements within our business

**Fixed Stream**: Targeted at graduates who know the niche capability in which they want to upskill. The fixed role will see the graduate stay in the same team for the entire 18-month duration.

Whether you’re experiencing a diversity of work through rotating around the business, or contributing to multiple projects within your fixed team, we will provide a structured learning program to all graduates.

As a graduate with QinetiQ Australia based in Melbourne, you will work alongside inspiring leaders who are established in their fields, whose professionalism stands out and whose customers trust them implicitly. All of our leaders are committed and want to invest in you, passing on their valuable skills, knowledge and niche expertise.

In our Advisory Services Division, everything starts with a problem that needs a solution. We act as an independent, technical partner for customers looking to procure defined services and develop specific capabilities. We help them diagnose, rationalise and solve intractable problems by providing analysis, advice and assurance, enabling our customers to make sound decisions about cost, time and performance.

As a Graduate Commercial Consultant on the Rotational Stream, you will be involved in a variety of activities, including:
Acting as a trusted advisor in all things commercial and contract management.

Developing and executing procurement and commercial strategies with the wider commercial team

Participating in approach to market activities

Supporting in the leadership and undertaking of contract management activities

Collaborating with project managers, line managers and clients to solve problems and develop new ways to innovate
