Efficient and effective operation of hydro drilling projects.

Monitoring financial reporting and capital management.

Monitor the progress of business objectives and targets.

Supervision of all personnel.

Efficient monitoring and management of HSEQS records and

documentation

Manage and maintain company HSEQ policies and processes.

Provide timely reports as required by the company.

Maintain good relationships with clients and suppliers.

Oversee fabrication of pump headworks and steel pipeline fittings

**Main Tasks**:
Maintain and develop organisational culture, values and

reputation in its markets and with all staff customers, suppliers,

partners and regulatory/official bodies.

Manage projects in accordance with approved company

programs, HSEQ policies, standards and systems to fully meet

project objectives and targets.

Provide instructions to the drilling crews and third party service

contractors with respect to scope of work.

Ensure company personnel are aware of their duties and that all

required personnel, materials and equipment are at the rig and

checked ready for the job.

Ensure all regulations pertaining to the work are adhered to by all

parties.
Recruit, select and develop team members.

Manage the work in conjunction with other company personnel.

Maintain a constant awareness of bore conditions and operating

constraints that affect operational safety.

Discuss any deviations to the drilling program when and as

required, to protect personnel, environment, equipment and the

well.

Provides a working environment, which promotes understanding

of the drilling discipline in the training of company personnel.

Audit the work performed by the drilling crew and third party

service contractors ensure it is performed according to terms of

contracts and agreements.

Strive to achieve reduced costs and improve operational

capabilities through technological advances where opportunities

allow.

Ensure all routine drilling and cost control reports required by

the client, company and regulatory bodies are completed to a

professional standard.

Manage and compile reporting and analysis to support

development and change throughout the organization at a

production level**.**

**Relevant qualifications**:
Bachelors degree or at least five years of relevant experience in
operations management and drilling operations.

**Relevant skills**:
Good written and oral communication skills
Supervisory skills.
Sound problem solving skills.

**Relevant experience**:
5 years or more experience in mine site, water well drilling.

Understand mining operations and the logistics and safety

requirements.

Must have experience in the tendering process regarding price,

planning and scope requirements.

**Salary $70k - 90k per year**

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- Malaga, WA 6090: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
