NEVERFAIL SPRING WATER

Neverfail Spring Water is a great Australian success story and is a part of the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners group servicing approximately 70,000+ customers. The business was created in 1987 by a Sydney based entrepreneur called Harry Hilliam and his family. They lived on the Hawkesbury River and had a natural spring water source on his property called Neverfail as it "never failed to produce water, no matter how dry it got".

Fast forward to today and Neverfail is Australia's #1 spring water cooler business; it's an untapped gem from both a profitability and sustainability perspective and has significant possibilities to expand in the future. In 2022, a new strategic vision was developed to lead Neverfail into its next chapter.

About your new role…

In this team you will receive ongoing support and training so you can operate high speed production and process equipment on our bottling and cooler refurbishment line. This is a Monday to Friday role with hours of 8am - 4pm daily, giving you back your afternoons Your role will;

  • Clean and sanitise the production area
  • Complete quality checks
  • Rotate between various roles on site including driving a forklift
  • Monitor production activity, resolving and escalating issues which impact production targets

Let's talk about you

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred; experience in the beverage manufacturing industry will be an advantage).
  • Demonstration of collaboration, teamwork, communication, time management, problem solving.
  • Current Forklift licence or ability to obtain one and at least a year experience driving a forklift.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety, Quality/Safety/Environmental.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Package).
