**About the role**

To support our success we are looking for a Member Data & Analytics Specialist to join the Member Strategy team based in **Brisbane**.

As a Member Data and Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for providing data and analytics to uplift Member growth and support the business unit to deliver evidence-based member insights. This will see you:

- Deliver data mining and analysis of customer data, data modelling and data visualisation tools, intuitive dashboards, and self-serve information tools.
- Proactive exploratory data analysis seeking opportunities and early identification of problem areas.
- Perform data studies and data discovery around new data sources or new uses for existing data sources, both structured and unstructured.
- Integrate data structures for the purposes of consumption of data across member experience.
- Provide understanding of consumer behaviours through monitoring their data-trail, discovering new opportunities that enhance business performance. Includes core data interrogation, system alignment, field pull-through, prospect intelligence and trended channel data to enable data driven decision making.
- Interface, understand, and implement technical resources to ensure accurate analysis and distribution of member data.

This role is available as a **12 month max-term/ secondment** opportunity.

We are **flexible** with location provided you can attend our Brisbane office at least once a week.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- Tertiary qualifications in Statistics and Data Analysis, Information Management, Commerce, or related discipline.
- Technical proficiency and experience working with SQL Server and other industry Business Intelligence tools and methods.
- Requires strong experience in data structures and analysis, including t and SQL skills, and demonstrable experience in leveraging the core data stores.
- Strong analytical and data mining skills with the ability to convert raw data into actionable business insights.
