Great Southern Bank is about to embark on an exciting Data Transformation Program where you'll have the unique opportunity to build brand new cloud infrastructure. You'll work with a talented team of individuals who drive a supportive and outcome-focused culture in order to achieve their goals.

As a Data Analyst, you will leverage all Great Southern Bank data sources to provide analytics, reporting, insights for business stakeholders. You will be a key contributor to our Enterprise Data team and will help drive broader Great Southern Bank team members to make data led business decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilise our data to provide insights which help the business make data led decisions;
- Tell stories with data using engaging visualisation, or presentations to communicate your key messages;
- Act as a trusted advisor and supporter within the Enterprise Data Office; and
- Partner with data engineers to help map, validate and document data transformation between data layers and perform UAT on the data products.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Strong experience with SQL to solve analytical business problems
- Experience with a relevant programming language e.g. Python, R, Scala etc.
- Experience with cloud based architectures or products e.g. AWS, Azure or GCP
- Strong business and technical stakeholder management skills
