PERSOLKELLY is partnering with a major Facilities Management company in Melbourne's CBD for the role of Processing Officer. The Processing Officer will work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate records for receipting and reconciliation.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Assist credit team with reconciliations as required
- Maintain finance systems in entering and retrieving data as requested
- Maintain collections target records
- Escalates issues to management or internal business units as required
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Any other ad hoc duties as required to assist the finance team
- At least 2 years' experience in an administrative role
- Experience with data entry
- Very strong attention to detail
- Competent with the Microsoft office suite
- Strong understanding of document management requirements including legal frameworks
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
