**Role Overview**:As a Client Relationship Manager (CRM), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring maximum revenue potential and maintaining robust relationships with our Equity Plan Solutions (EPS) clients. Your responsibilities encompass project management, negotiation of service level agreements, account planning, cross-selling, and strategic initiatives.

**Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities**:

- Project manage or oversee Equity Plan Solutions (EPS) work
- Act as the primary contact for EPS client matters within Link
- Develop and maintain centralized client databases
- Promote EPS and other Link services to existing and potential clients
- Review and maximize business opportunities within existing share plans
- Build and maintain relationships to ensure client retention
- Manage internal stakeholders and coordinate service delivery to clients
- Contribute to the strategic development of Link
- Develop and maintain a working relationship with client company secretaries
- Produce reports on a weekly and monthly basis
- Identify business opportunities and registry needs of clients
- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of client invoices
- Identify and mitigate relevant business risks

**Experience & Personal Attributes**:

- Relationship Management or Business Development experience in the services sector, within the financial markets industry.
- Proven track record of building productive relationships and generating sales opportunities.
- University qualified with a preference for business/finance/accounting qualifications.
- Experience working with data and using data to build compelling insights and reporting
- Project management, process management, and analytical skills
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
