For Purpose Aged Care Australia (FPACA) is entering an exciting phase of national growth and transformation. We are seeking an accomplished and visionary **General Manager - Strategy & Performance** to partner with our **Group CEO** and leadership team to deliver our 3-5 year strategy and ensure a sustainable future for our services.

The Role
This pivotal leadership position will oversee FPACA’s centralised Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring enterprise-wide initiatives are aligned to strategic priorities and delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of governance and compliance.

The role will **lead the creation of the organisation’s systems upgrade roadmap**, making experience in **technology systems transformation** (e.g. HRIS, payroll, rostering, financial, and clinical management systems) highly desirable.

You will also **directly manage high-priority strategic projects** from initiation to completion — including enterprise systems implementations, business transformation initiatives, and post-acquisition integrations — the first of which will be FPACA’s systems upgrade program.

About You
We are looking for an experienced executive who brings:

- Proven expertise in **strategy, transformation, or enterprise PMO leadership**.
- Demonstrated experience in **technology and systems transformation**.
- Strong capability in **financial and resource management** within complex environments.
- Direct experience in **aged care or a highly regulated sector**.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in **business, management, or project management**.
- A collaborative, inspiring leadership style with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
