We are seeking a dynamic, friendly and efficient person who has impeccable inter-personal relationship skills, to work in our busy medical practice. Responsibilities include all tasks generally associated with appointment bookings, patient liaison and general administration. All training will be provided.

The right applicant will be highly professional, show strong initiative and organisational skill, high level multitasking
- Excellent written & oral communication skills and strong customer focus
- Attention to accuracy and detail
- Energetic person with positive outlook
- Well presented, friendly, flexible and efficient, enjoys working in a team

Experience with Medicare and Health Fund billings is a distinct advantage.

The position is in an established, and growing medical specialist practice, which is open Monday to Friday.
