**What You Will Be Doing**
Peninsula Health Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (PHMHS) will acknowledge and appreciate the lived experience of our clients and carers and support their individual resourcefulness, strengths and abilities through the provision of excellent specialised mental health care.

The Team Leader, in conjunction with the Team Manager and Consultant Psychiatrist, are responsible for the provision of high quality clinical leadership, monitoring and evaluation of clinical services to clients, their families and carers. The Team Leader in conjunction with the Team Manager is responsible for ensuring operational outcomes in relation to financial and human resource management, operational targets and key performance indicators.

**Position Description**

**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:
Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist of Clinical Psychologist with relevant registration.
Post graduate qualification in Mental Health or completion of a specialist undergraduate Mental Health program.
Extensive experience in community mental health.
Advanced leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead in complex environments.
Previous leadership experience would be desirable.
