**The role**:
Our career options are as diverse as our people, we all have an important role to play. An exciting opportunity now exists for a Works Systems Team Leader to manage a team of analysts and coders in the development and maintenance of Montage - South East Water’s Field Work Management system, and our Maximo-based unified asset register.

Some of the key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Working with the business and other IT stakeholders to develop strategic product roadmaps.
- Collaborating with customers and supporting the team in the analysis of business and technical opportunities and the design of solutions.
- Managing the development, testing and deployment of new features and fixes.
- Supporting and guiding the team in managing the configuration, performance, and reliability of these key systems.

**Who are you?**:

- 10 years of relevant work experience, including team leadership roles
- A proven track record in successful stakeholder management and business engagement
- Certification in Agile and/or Prince or PMBOK
- Experience with software development and testing processes
- Familiarity with business process modelling and BPMN
- Exposure to common ISO quality, security and safety management standards
- Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management principles
- Experience with ITIL ITSM models and processes
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
