To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a **Subsurface Manager** to join our team.

**The Role**:Reporting to the **General Manager of Development & Reservoir Management**, the Subsurface Manager will lead a multi-disciplinary team of geologists, petrophysicists, and petroleum engineers. The primary purpose of the role is to deliver integrated reservoir characterization, well planning, and well integrity assessments to mature and produce Arrow’s Gas Resources in the Surat Basin.

This is a Brisbane-based position, with occasional travel to our field operations as needed, with ample notice provided.

**In addition, you will**:

- Provide a stable production forecast for the Arrow Surat Gas Project, accounting for subsurface uncertainty, and collaborate with the Arrow Production Optimisation Team to set both short
- and long-term targets.
- Lead engagements with internal and external stakeholders to align, integrate, and assure subsurface characterization across Arrow’s Surat acreage.
- Oversee the implementation of the Subsurface Opportunity Realization framework to assess petroleum engineering and geoscience challenges, providing recommendations to mitigate risks across all project phases (Identify, Define, Select, Execute, Operate).
- Ensure timely delivery of resource maturation plans, wells and completion basis of design, production forecasts, and well and reservoir management plans.
- Own the management of Reserves & Resources, maintaining the corporate Reserves Portfolio and overseeing the change control process (including updates to development priorities).
- Maintain the long-term Resource Maturation Plan in line with corporate strategy and the long-term business plan, and support third-party resource certification for Arrow Energy operated fields.
- Act as project manager for future exploration and appraisal activities, including tenure commitments, and act as asset manager for existing pilot facilities and Arrow properties in yet undeveloped areas, including overseeing tenure rehabilitation projects.
