What does the job look like?

In this administration role, you will assist with weekly payroll, invoicing and accounts payable tasks. You will be based in Hazelmere and work full time, Monday to Friday, initially in a 15 month leave coverage position. Key areas:

- Ensuring accurate recording and payment of employee hours and leave requirements
- Processing invoices for agency employees
- Supporting with accounts payable tasks
- General administration and supporting the team where required
- Enhancing the work environment through effective collaboration and commitment to process

Are you the one?

You are a team player who thrives when working in fast paced environments and under tight deadlines. You can demonstrate:

- Proven experience in an administrative or support function
- Transport industry experience is highly desirable
- Sound communication skills
- Experience using SAP TM or similar systems for revenue processing is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel is essential
