Work with the ANZ GM to define Strat Plan imperatives for the Service Business in the ANZ region.
Where applicable, work with the ANZ GM and High Growth Market (HGM) VP to expand the strategic success of ANZ across Asia Pacific and other HGM countries (LATAM, Middle East).
Drive growth through labour sold, contracts, spares, and replacement
Lead the process of Install Base Mapping across ANZ (and replicate same across HGMs) and help create a product / portfolio commercialization to grow revenues from Service from current levels to 4X in next 3 years.
Work with Sales, Marketing & Commercial organizations across our HGMs to develop and manage growth initiatives to achieve Policy Deployment (PD) and strategic plan objectives and improve functional efficiency in Service business.
Build processes to improve service utilization using tools like Service Max, Remote Monitoring and Centralized scheduling
Assist Senior Business Leaders (Including General Managers) & commercial leaders to create a DBS Roadmap for Service business in respective countries / regions (how to use DBS tools to drive sustainable results in Service business).
Train and install foundational capabilities in PD, Action Planning, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) management within Service teams in the region. Work with central and regional organizations to create KPI bowlers and Visual Management to sustain commercial process improvement for Service business.
Work with Service teams to install and drive good daily management (DM) and problem solving processes (PSP) to find root cause and countermeasure for driving/delivering growth plans.
Proactively lead root cause/countermeasure resolution of commercial and transactional performance issues in Service Business.
Drive ever improving results for Service business in the region by leveraging DBS tools, consulting skills, and change management process.
Identify best practices in Service Business, standardize and share across regions. Benchmark and incorporate best practices into the PD Playbook for Service.
Schedule, charter, and facilitate kaizen projects. Ensure effective sustainment of results and
support problem solving as needed to close gaps to targets.
Directly provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching for Service team.
