PERSOLKELLY is seeking an experienced ICT Procurement Officer to join our Queensland Government client based in Brisbane's CBD. This is a great opportunity for you to further your career and work with a leading Queensland Government Department. In this role you will be part of the ICT Project Procurement team who is responsible for strategic analysis and procurement planning, strategy development and implementation for our Queensland Government client department.

**ABOUT THE TEAM**

In this role you will be part of the ICT Project Procurement team who is responsible for strategic analysis and procurement planning, strategy development and implementation for our Queensland Government client department.

- Procurement Planning and development
- Early Market engagement
- Evaluation Planning
- Tender Planning and Development
- Contract Drafting and Negotiation
- Probity Monitoring

**ABOUT YOU**
- Essential Qualifications and Skills_
- Demonstrated ICT Procurement experience in a large organisation or Government
- Prior experience with complex ICT Procurement projects, preferably in a lead role
- Recent experience in developing and coordinating RFI/RFQ/ITO
- QLD Government Procurement certification
- Demonstrated ability to develop QITC contract documentation and associated communication documents OR substantial experience in GITC.
- End to end procurement and development of strategic procurement plans
- Highly Desirable Qualifications and Skills_
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented approach
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple styles of stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail so that data and documentation is accurate and high quality, and that advice is clear
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team - including ability to organise own work, planning, prioritising work, meeting deadlines, maintaining confidentiality, and exercising discretion in the absence of decision makers.
