**About the Role**

We are seeking an administrator to join our team base at Canning Vale.** This role will provide support for the site and would ideally suit someone who has recently finished year 12 and is looking to learn and develop in their career.**

**Key Tasks**:

- meeting and greeting visitors / answering telephones.
- coordination of office facilities inclusive of purchasing office consumables.
- assisting with site functions.
- management of mail and couriers.
- other general office duties and secretarial support tasks as required.

**Essential Criteria**:

- completion of year 12.
- ability to work to deadlines with a strong attention to detail.
- basic computer literacy with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- must have a common-sense approach and own transport.

**Personal Attributes/Qualities**:

- positive and happy attitude with a willingness to learn.
- professional presentation with strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- safety and team focused.
- honest and reliable.
- flexible and adaptable to change.
