Leading services organisation are seeking an experienced vendor and contracts professional to join their team.
**Your new company**
Our client are a leading services organisation undergoing a program of positive and proactive transformation and change. They're seeking an established IT contracts and vendor management professional to join their developing vendor management team to develop and deliver vendor management outcomes.
**Your new role**
Reporting to a Senior Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery and management of a variety of technology agreements for the organisation.
Key roles and responsibilities include:
- Provide IT vendor and contract management support by building relationships with relevant technology vendors in line with the vendor management strategy and vendor management framework
- Managing contract renewals and variation events end to end
- Reporting on vendor data and performance metrics
- Ability to manage all technology licence, contracts, and vendor activities in collaboration with the Service Managers and Subject Matter Experts
- Support the broader organisation by providing support on contract negotiation, strategic sourcing, vendor and contract management
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you'll come with a well developed background in a IT procurement, contracts or vendor management role within a highly governed environment. A background in the public sector would be preferred but is non-essential.
You'll bring extensive exposure to the end-to-end IT contracts lifecycle, demonstrated experience delivering vendor management outcomes and proven ability to work within defined governance frameworks.
