Vendor & Contracts Manager

**What this opportunity involves**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Vendor and Contracts Manager to join us.
Reporting to our Procurement Manager, you will implement and manage various delivery requirements associated with vendor engagement, contract transitions, as well as ongoing performance management of approximately 300 vendors nationally. Your role will support the Facilities Management operations with vendor escalations and issues resolution.
This is an amazing role for our Australia Post’s portfolio. You will be required to be based 3 days on-site at the Australia Post’s office in either Melbourne’s inner, Sydney or Brisbane CBD.

Manage vendor engagements and contract transitions
Drive vendor performance through SLA scorecards and compliance assessments
Facilitate effective subcontractor performance
Support risk and compliance framework for client account delivery
Educate FM team on contract management best practices

**Key Skills and Requirement**:
Tertiary qualifications in Property, Facilities, Finance, Legal, Business or related disciplines
At least 3 years’ experience in managing and delivery contract management and maintenance strategies in a commercial environment
Prior experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage
Strong vendor and contract management skills
Ability to interpret complex contractual documents
Sound proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
