**Job Description**:

As a Digital Engineering BIM Coordinator, you will build experience in:
+ Producing and managing 3D models, ISO19650 workflows, visualisations, big data and dashboarding analytics
+ Developing excellent mediation, coordination, data auditing, project management and leadership skills
+ Liaise with the digital engineering, BIM, CAD, GIS, Document Control, and design teams to enable a timely delivery of project outputs
+ Have fun in a supportive work environment while being the best one can be
**About You**:
+ Great verbal and written communication skills
+ Confident speaker and presenter. Ability to improvise while speaking in front of the project team
+ Have a positive and can-do attitude towards your team members
+ Be able to challenge your own thinking, yet also challenge colleagues’ logical solutions
+ Passion for digital technology to resolve spatial coordination and data management
+ Curiosity in gaining systems knowledge through on-the-job experience
+ Enthusiastic, self-driven to take on team tasks to supply outcomes for construction projects
+ See and report gaps in processes, key data requirements and work load
+ Ability to focus on auditing and process management tasks
+ Quick thinking and within a dynamic fast moving cohesive team
+ Looks forward to coming into a diverse and sociable office environment
**Qualifications**:
+ Completed a certificate, degree or diploma in land surveying, design, engineering, construction, information and communications technology (ICT) or project management
+ Have 1 to 5 years' experience in the above industries industry, including document control
+ Experience in customer facing roles where diplomacy is required
+ Knowledgeable in some of BIM/CAD authoring, document control, project administration, software coding, scripting, or other methods of automating digital workflows
+ Located in the Melbourne metropolitan area with Australian residency or citizenship
