**Introduction**:
Securecorp is currently recruiting for an experienced level 4 security officer in the Ipswich region. This is the perfect opportunity for someone wanting to progress their career in a challenging and rewarding environment.

This is Full Time role with 7 x 12 hr shifts per fortnight consisting of 2 weeks of day shifts, followed by 2 weeks of night shift.

You will have every 2nd weekend off.

You will be paid as a level 4 security officer with remuneration at approximately $74000 per year.

**To be considered for this role you will need to have**:

- A current QLD security licence with crowd control, monitoring and CCTV
- Excellent communication skills
- A sense of urgency

**Description**:
**Your main responsibilities**:

- Providing a high level of customer service
- Monitoring CCTV cameras
- Responding to alarms
- Respond to critical incidents
- Detect and prevent inappropriate behaviour
- Report writing

**Skills and Experiences**:
To be considered for this role you will need to have the following skills and attributes:

- Current QLD Security licence including crowd control, monitoring and control room
- Great communications skills
- High attention to detail
- Sound computer skills
- Ability to work on weekends
- Professional presentation
- Proof of work rights (birth certificate/passport)
- Exceptional Customer service skills
- Good computer skills are a must
