Sales Promotion Manager (Bilingual)

Quickly becoming a leader in its field, Eightcap has gone from strength to strength and experiencing rapid growth. Because of this, we are looking for a Full-time Bilingual Promotion Manager, to join our China Desk team and advise on, developing marketing plans to promote Eightcap's goods and services by actively engaging in and implementing marketing activities to drive growth to meet business sales objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Eightcap China Desk Team members to develop and manage Forex and CFD marketing campaigns (such as seminars) to achieve specific KPIs.
- Conduct ongoing market research to better understand the selected target markets and market trends and advise on strategies and campaigns to reach selected target market (including pricing and distribution channels).
- Identify opportunities for marketing and sales campaigns to promote Eightcap's products, specifically in forex and CFD.
- Where required, provide recruitment, management and training to grow the China Desk Sales Team and collaborate and co-ordinate with management and other business teams, in various CFD and Forex marketing campaigns.
- Manage ongoing marketing activities on various social media platforms (WeChat, LinkedIn) to create traction among prospective clients.
- Review and analyze data from marketing campaigns and platforms (digital or otherwise) and recommend updates to marketing content, where and if required.
- Maintain and manage relationships with new and existing clients and internal and external stakeholders (including Finance and Engineering Teams).
- Regular reporting and analysis of the efficiency/effectiveness of the marketing activities undertaken.
- Generally, supporting business growth and development and contributing to the general smooth operation of the China Desk Team, at Eightcap through the development and execution of marketing objectives, strategies, policies, and programs.

Who are you?
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or at least 5 years of experience in a sales role or a role in the financial services industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English languages
- Strong experience and understanding of financial markets, particularly in forex and derivatives trading, and financial trading
- Demonstrated experience in marketing and sales in financial services industry
- Strong public speaking/presentation skills in both online and offline environments.
- Is currently, or can be RG146 compliant.
- Thrive in a target-driven environment and deliver consistently against KPIs.
- Understanding of compliance and onboarding processes.
- Open, positive personality with leadership skills
