
Events Manager for Azteca Margarita Based in Byron

AZTECA Margarita is seeking an Events Manager to keep the _Feel Good Liquid _flowing. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated EVENTS Manager to help continue to grow our business. Salary range is $60-65,000 plus super. Must have at least 2 years of experience.
We’re a small Company but growing fast and we need someone passionate about brand activations, markets, functions, and partnerships to get AZTECA into as many hands as possible.
As the Events Manager you will amplify visibility of the brand, work towards collective sales targets, and be a strong brand ambassador.
**Primary Job Responsibilities**:
- BRAND ACTIVATIONS - The Event Manager will seek out, plan and deliver brand activations that increase brand awareness and positively reflect the AZTECA brand. These may include collaborating with other brands and venues, hosting tasting events, attending expos, music festivals, art shows or other activities that create meaningful and creative engagement with AZTECA
- PRIVATE FUNCTIONS - The Event Manager will be responsible for coordinating catering functions. These include birthdays, weddings, office parties and other events. They must be a Licensed Manager, and follow all protocols, policies and procedures outlined in AZTECA’s _Plan of Management_. They will be responsible for procuring events contractors and for managing the events team on site
- EXTERNAL EVENTS - The Event Manager will be required to attend external events; this person is responsible for ensuring that locations are varied across NSW and will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating product delivery, working with suppliers, meeting sales targets, and engaging with the general public

- Be an enthusiastic brand ambassador
- Seek opportunities for creative brand activations and collaborations
- Get product in peoples hands, make sure AZTECA is highly visible; think RedBull
**Successful Applicants will have**:
- Approved Manager License issued by Liquor & Gaming
- Market experience, experience organising market events, scheduling, working with suppliers, and managing end to end event delivery
- Energetic, confident, people-person
- Bar experience, preferably in a managerial role
- Understanding of kegs, carbonation issues, set up and break down for mobile events.
- Off-premise food and drink catering experience
- Sales experience
- Brand activation experience
- Relationship development experience
- Minimum 2 years experience
**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
