About the opportunity:
What you’ll bring:
It takes a special kind of person to work in aged care or community services. If you are genuinely interested in helping others, then you’ll find that you can build something here and find your place in a team of 10,000 hearts.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills- The ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment- Experience coordinating end to end internal recruitment efforts, preferably in an aged care environment.-
- The ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders as part of the recruitment process-
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.- Prior experience with HRIS platforms (Workday) will be an added advantage

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police Record Check and or NDIS clearance
