**Primary objective**:
Manage the tyre related digital system functions across the business units to enhance quality and promote Otraco’s Digital Solutions Strategies. This role is accountable for driving sustainable technical management to support various sites.

OVERALL OBJECTIVES
- OTRACOM System Owner - Directly accountable for all attributes of Otracom, Otraco’s internally developed Tyre Management System.
- Direct & manage the Otraco Digital team. Work effectively with your team to ensure all members are aware of the expectations of their role and quality of work required.
- Manage the planning, design, implementation, maintenance and availability of the Otracom software product.
- Assist Otraco client managers to manage and develop Otracom client accounts and contracts for internal operations and external customers.
- Contribute to the strategic planning & budgeting process and take responsibility for the strategic plan deliverables for this role.
- Liaise with senior colleagues within Otraco, Bridgestone Mining Solutions (BMSA), Bridgestone Japan (BSJ), Tyre Pressure Monitoring company (ATMS) to optimise the digital experience for all Otracom customers.
- Develop and implement Digital system strategies as required by Operations that will add value to the business.
- Maintain ongoing communication, and provision of necessary advice and support to stakeholders on any tyre management related digital issues.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to optimise Tyre Management software efficiencies.
- Performance will be measured by the efficiency gains either in cost or hours saved terms
- Lead by example in promoting company standards, policies, procedures and values.
- Liaise with Operational Management to ensure they are up to date with any technical changes.
- Ensure compliance to all legal and statutory requirements.

TECHNCIAL OBJECTIVES
- Manage Otracom software development projects and backlog, establishing sprints that align with product release schedules.
- Ensure that Otracom software reliability & system uptime for all global users meet company & external client expectations.
- Provide adequate training and support for all Otraco in-house software solutions in Australia. Oversee & coordinate global support for all such software solutions.
- Research & evaluate competitive offers to Otracom and similar software and inform Otraco management of the company’s competitive position.
- Research & evaluate major client expectations in relation to Otraco software solutions and advise Otraco management.
- Advise Otraco on the best technical and external services solutions for hosting of software, internet service providers, etcetera and assist BMSA in managing Otraco specific external service contracts.
- Perform an annual internal & external client satisfaction survey and report results.
- Research market expectations in terms of software security, hosting platforms, integration with client internal systems and advise Otraco management accordingly.
- Research industry standards on software hosting & data security and advise Otraco management on how to ensure compliance and alignment with industry expectations.
- Review and improve current procedures including the function of Otracom and SharePoint.
- Regular meetings with operations to ensure site and client requirements are being met.
- Liaise with and provide assistance to external clients where required.
- Develop new business for Otracom, conduct demonstrations and quote prospective clients looking for tyre management related solutions.
- Manage monthly reports and budgets.
- Identify discrepancies within the digital systems space, liaise with the BMSA IT Manager and implement. practical solutions where required.
- Support BMSA & BSJ digital initiatives and implement as required.
