**Your responsibilities will include**:

- As an ESH Advisor you will:

- Interpret, recommend, and comply with environmental, health and safety regulations and/or company policies, including ISO 45001:2018 and 14001:2015
- Conduct Critical Control Checks, Site Inspections, Risk Assessments and carry out Ergonomic Assessments
- Maintain company chemical register
- Review and approve contractor safety documentation and licensing
- Deliver inductions and WHS training for staff and contractors

**About you**:

- To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:

- Minimum Certificate IV in WHS (or willing to obtain).
- 1-3+ years’ experience in a Health and Safety role desirable.
- Experience within the Aviation industry (preferably defence industry).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-driven mindset.
- Experience in a similar position with a focus on partnering with management to implement solid, practical, and simplistic ESH management approaches and systems.
- Experience working within a medium to large organisation implementing ESH Management System changes across multiple sites.
- Experience conducting ESH investigations of incidents and development of reports to senior management for corrective actions and improvements.
- Computer literacy with an ability to produce, analyse, and interpret reports.

**Special Requirements**:
Applicants are required to be able to obtain and maintain Australian Defence Force security clearance.
