Quality Control Laboratory Assistant Job Description

This role is based in an industry-recognised, award-winning and accredited food manufacturer on the South Coast of NSW.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Environmental swabbing to ensure compliance with quality control standards
  • Product testing to verify product quality and safety
  • Reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Approving raw materials to meet quality control requirements
  • Environmental monitoring to identify potential issues
  • Generating batch documents to track production
  • General administration duties to support the team

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with beneficial skills and experience in quality control or microbiology testing. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is highly regarded.

This casual position involves working 2-3 days a week, with opportunities to progress to full-time work. We offer a competitive hourly rate and a collaborative team environment.
