Marketing Manager - Imperial Engineering Education (IEE)

About the Role:
Imperial Engineering Education (IEE) is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive student recruitment and business growth for our Bachelor of Engineering Technology programs. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our domestic and international student enrolments while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering exceptional service to agents and partners.

This is a high-impact role that blends marketing strategy, business development, and relationship management to achieve ambitious enrolment targets. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Admissions, Compliance, and Student Services—to attract, engage, and convert prospective students while fostering long-term partnerships with education agents and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales and recruitment strategies to attract prospective students, agents, and institutional partners.
- Drive lead generation and conversion initiatives to meet enrolment KPIs (target: 60 students per intake).
- Represent IEE at trade events, exhibitions, and presentations, delivering compelling product demonstrations.

Agent & Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global education and migration agents.
- Oversee agent recruitment, including reference checks, training, and contract execution.
- Expand industry networks by fostering connections with business partners and professional bodies.

Student Recruitment & Advisory
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Meshed, LMS) to manage leads, track conversions, and generate performance reports.
- Provide expert guidance on course offerings, ensuring a seamless enrolment process.

Performance & Reporting
- Monitor and achieve recruitment KPIs, delivering weekly reports to the CEO.
- Analyze sales trends and provide data-driven recommendations for growth.
- Conduct annual reviews of marketing & recruitment plans, refining strategies for maximum impact.

Team Leadership & Compliance
- Train and support Sales & Recruitment staff (including offshore teams) to meet performance standards.
- Ensure adherence to IEE policies, including workplace health & safety, code of conduct, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain a service-focused culture, fostering strong relationships with students and stakeholders.

- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in education).
- Strong relationship-building skills with agents, partners, and students.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in CRM tools and performance reporting.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills for trade events and sales pitches.
