**Your Role**
As HR Manager you will provide advice and support to leaders, alongside the HR team, to enable business success.

Key focuses:

- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders in order to understand how HR can continuously add value in supporting the business achieve its goals;
- Review and improve HR policies and processes;
- Manage escalated employee relations matters;
- Coach people leaders to develop their people skills and understanding of core people processes;
- Lead value-add projects to support continuous improvement.

**About You**
An experienced and motivated HR professional, your passion for building trusted relationships through understanding business and stakeholder needs, will be key to your success in this role.

Additionally, you will demonstrate:

- Strong experience in an HR Generalist position, with the ability to work across both Awards and EBAs;
- The ability to flex between supporting strategic direction and rolling your sleeves up to be hands-on depending on business needs;
- Strong commercial lens, understanding of and ability to articulate how HR adds tangible value to the business;
- A pragmatic approach, able to develop and implement policies and processes that are fit-for-purpose.
