**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As an HR Cooridinator, you will play a key role in supporting our HRBP team while gaining experience and insights into human resources practices. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our HR function and contribute to our company’s success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Query Triage**: Manage policy-related and general HR inquiries via all communication channels.
- **Records Management**: Maintain employee records and process employment changes and terminations.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist the HRBP team with administrative tasks and key ER/IR projects.
- **Payroll Coordination**: Ensure accurate and timely information flow to the payroll team.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements.
