WesTrac are looking for a **Part Sales Supervisor **to join our team based at our Customer Service Centre in South Guildford.

Reporting to the Parts Sales Manager, this individual will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of Parts Sales Coordinators and acting as a point of escalation to resolve disputes to ensuring operational effectiveness and provision of excellent customer service for continued customer loyalty.

This individual will be accountable for performing day to day transactional parts coordination functions such as providing front line customer service, receiving and processing customer orders. They will be responsible for ensuring the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives ensuring the Customer Service Centre operates as effectively as possible during operating hours.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Solid experience in a customer service focused role, ideally within the equipment management or automotive industry
- Demonstrated people management and leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
- Ability to build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high level of customer service
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise accordingly
- Be able to communicate and collaborate at a high level with a diverse range of interdepartmental stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, sound judgement and a high level of professionalism at all times
