**About the role**

As a Workforce Planning Agent at Menzies Aviation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations at Sydney International Airport. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimising the schedules and rosters of our ground handling teams to meet the demands of our airline clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to contribute to the success of a dynamic, global aviation services provider.

**What you'll be doing**
- Develop and maintain comprehensive staff rosters to meet operational requirements
- Analyse workforce data and forecasts to anticipate staffing needs and adjust rosters accordingly
- Communicate with team leaders and managers to ensure effective resource allocation and coverage
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as required
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to workforce planning and rostering
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of workforce planning
- Provide support and guidance to team members on rostering and scheduling matters

**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience in a workforce planning, rostering or administrative role, preferably within the aviation or logistics industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise workforce utilisation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using workforce management software and data analysis tools
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
- Flexible and adaptable to changing operational requirements
