**Description**

H-E Parts International Crushing Solutions Pty Ltd is a major supplier of crushing and equipment, spare parts and wear products, remanufactured components and consumables to the global mining, quarrying and heavy construction industries throughout Australia, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. A subsidiary of the H-E Parts International Group and part of Hitachi Construction Machinery Co. Ltd, we have branches in WA, Queensland and NSW.

We are currently seeking a suitably experienced Production & Services Administrator for our Naval Base branch.

As an experienced Administrator you must demonstrate a proven commitment to customer service and the ability to manage multiple task simultaneously. From time to time the role can be demanding, therefore you must display a willingness to work under pressure and thrive on the challenge.

Key responsibilities include:

- Create job packs for Workshop staff
- Maintain costings and reconcile in ERP (Pronto) at job closure
- Accurate and prompt data entry into organisations systems
- Maintaining the WIP report to a high level of accuracy.
- Ordering and expediting parts from internal and external suppliers
- Ordering and expediting external services
- Liaising with workshop Supervisors to support timely completion of jobs
- Preparation and assisting for onboarding of new staff.
- Ensuring compliance to policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining the training matrix for the workshop team.
- General administration tasks as required

To be considered for this role you must:

- Have a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience working in an administrative role
- Computer literate with knowledge of ERP software (Pronto preferred)
- Previous experience working in a busy, hands on environment.
- Able to plan and prioritise in dynamic work environment
- Proven ability to work unsupervised and show initiative.
- Demonstrated “people” skills and the ability to converse well with customers.
- Previous experience in a Workshop or service environment, dealing with internal and external customers.
- Exposure to Project Administration or Coordination and experience working within a project management team will be highly regarded.
