**THE ROLE**
As part of the Procurement Systems and Governance team, the Procurement Systems Support Officer will provide a procurement support and administrative functions to the broader Procurement, Concessions and Contract Services unit. Attention to detail and teamwork underpin success in this role as well as a demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and effectively.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- The Procurement System Support Officer will effectively manage office processes and maintain corporate information systems for records management, financial information and procurement processing as required.
Specific accountabilities will include:
- Providing systems administration, processing transactions and preparing clear and concise reports as required
- Supporting the provision of procurement services and advice to internal clients regarding approval frameworks and control gates.
