Jacon Equipment, a business unit of the Maas Group (ASX: MGH), is looking for a Product Support Manager to help support the wide spread Jacon Equipment fleet, in underground mining, civil and tunneling infrastructure projects. Jacon is a global manufacturer of shotcrete, concrete transportation, concrete pumping and utility equipment and brings with it an exciting opportunity for a seasoned technician.

Reporting to the Jacon Equipment General Manager, the Product Support Manager will oversee and manage customers in underground mining, civil and tunneling infrastructure projects nationally. You will assist in the sales and hire fleet management of new and leased equipment, commissioning, servicing and repairing Jacon Equipment.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the sales process of new and hire fleet equipment
- Carry out modifications and installations to new machinery.
- Commissioning of new machinery at customer projects.
- Training clients on various piece of Jacon Equipment.
- Testing and adjusting of equipment components & systems.
- Fault finding, repairing, replacing and providing technical advice.
- Diagnosing root-cause malfunctioning systems and components.

**Knowledge and experience required**:

- Motor Mechanic, fitter and/or similar trades are encourages to apply.
- Experienced in Civil and underground infrastructure, along with a sound knowledge of underground mining equipment will be considered an advantage.

This role is based in our office at Lidcombe, NSW but requires frequent and regular intrastate travel to our head office in Dubbo, New South Wales.
