**THE ROLE**

Oversee the daily operations of a busy health administration team working across reception, switchboard, admissions, pre-admissions, bookings, estimates and ex-gratia. You will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while also providing leadership and guidance to your team.

**DUTIES**
- Provide supervision and guidance for staff working in the Admissions, Main Reception and Switchboard areas taking the initiative in resolving issues/problems.
- Act as the first point of contact for any patient or customer complaint and escalate issues to the Patient Services Manager when required.
- Conduct admissions process for all patient admission points including patient discharge processes.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate and completed in a professional manner within specified timeframes.
- Monitor data integrity to ensure accuracy of all data & patient information.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Proven experience as a Senior Medical Receptionist, Practice Manager or similar
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A friendly and professional attitude when dealing with patients
- Proficiency in medical administration processes and procedures
