Principal Change Manager, Safety

**About the Role**:
As the Principal Change Manager you will have responsibility for the following:
- Provide high level strategic advice and support to the project team on matters impacting change management by understanding and influencing organisational culture.
- Ensure effective communication, integration, coordination and liaison occurs within the team, branch and department by working collaboratively with key stakeholders to manage organisational change and acting on opportunities for synergy and integration across the department.
- Develop, coordinate and manage engagement initiatives, including the facilitation of workshops to promote and encourage acceptance of change management initiatives department.
- Provide clear and accurate reporting on the status of change management and communication activities and assist in identifying and escalating key change issues and risks within the project.
- Prepare, coordinate and analyse reports, submissions, briefings, presentations, speeches, correspondence, responses, and a wide range of communication materials to support and implement the change management process.
- Manage conflict and negotiate outcomes without compromising relationships when identifying potential employee, stakeholder and client based risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns ensuring a strong commitment to change management.
