**Your responsibilities will involve**:

- Providing operational risk expertise across the organisation to support identification, assessment and monitoring of risk and control activities.
- Undertaking Risk Assurance reviews to assess the control design and performing controls testing.
- Providing incident management oversight and support to the business to identify, report and resolve incidents including any regulatory breaches.
- Assist with the development, management and maintenance of their risk management strategy, risk appetite and risk management frameworks.
- Assisting with the confirmation of risk management policies, procedures, limits and strategies to comply with APRA Prudential Standards and all applicable policies and strategic objectives of the company.
- Previous experience in risk management within Financial Services & preferred experience of working with Protecht.
- Leadership & Project Management experience desirable
- Solid understanding of risk and compliance principles and frameworks
- Previous experience performing risk assessments
- Strong communication & attention to details skills
