**In this role, you'll**:
Be working as part of an experienced team of highly effective compliance and governance experts and is a pivotal role to support the delivery of the Enterprise Compliance program.

The Enterprise Compliance team works to ensure our organisation follows good practice and is effectively meeting our compliance requirements.

You will support the delivery of the enterprise compliance program to enable accountable leaders to manage legal, reputational, financial, and operational risks and core compliance obligations as an integral part of Transport’s public mandate and strategy, leadership commitment and core values.

**About you**:

- You will have **strong communications skills **and can communicate complex information through presentations, reports and correspondence and an ability to bring people on the journey.
- You are a **structured and analytical thinker** who can deliver specialist reviews, research, and present analysis in a structured and easy-to-follow manner.
- You will have demonstrated **experience from a team operating in a regulatory environment** of complex and rapidly evolving legislation and other compliance obligations.
