We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Customer Service Operator **to join our team based in our **Crestmead **office.

**Sounds like it’s up your alley? Great Now let’s dive into how you’ll be adding value in the role**:

- Ability to manage high volume inbound/outbound calls, on average 50-60 per day
- High volume data entry of orders requiring excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Resolve internal and external stakeholders queries in a timely manner
- Process, investigate and follow up claims
- Be reliable, punctual, and have excellent multi tasking skills
- Previous experience with CRM systems (e.g. salesforce) beneficial
- Strong Excel skills essential
