**About the Role - Contact Centre Officer (Casual Roles)**

Join our team at Monash Health as a Contact Centre Officer, where you will be the first point of contact, providing an exceptional first impression to our callers. As an integral part of our communication network across all Monash Health sites, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient service, including handling internal and external calls and emergency codes.

This job is located onsite in Scoreby, with the potential to work in a hybrid setting once everyone is comfortable.
