**The Role**
As a Service Delivery Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing day to day support, coaching and guidance to a team of Consultants.

You will strive to provide optimal support to WFI Clients, colleagues and business partners to help us achieve our WFI targets whilst aligning to IAG’s pricing and underwriting strategies.

To be successful in this position you will be a customer focused individual who has experience managing a team. You will also have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to build rapport and support the team wherever needs arise.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Lead a team of Consultants with a focus on working together with the regional teams to grow and retain their portfolios whilst delivering an excellent customer experience to clients.
- Manage the workload to ensure the team successfully meet their SLA’s to the business
- Monitor team members customer interactions and provide timely feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Support the Manager to motivate and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure the execution of required action plans to uplift capability and quality within the team
- Build a strong culture within the team to ensure the Consultants are feeling supported & connected.

**About You**
- Previous experience within a similar Team Lead role or mentoring
- Industry, Product and technical underwriting knowledge.
- Certificate IV (or Diploma) in General Insurance (desirable)
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience managing and coordinating activities of a team
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal (both written and verbal), time management skills, be organised and outcome orientated
- MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
