About the Role
As the Occupational Violence Prevention Team Leader, you will provide advice and oversee the planning, development and delivery of the OVP training (MAYBO technique), OVSRA programs and related activities. You will be a considered, responsive leader who fosters and encourages a workplace environment that is outcomes focused. You will instil a culture of continuous improvement through effective communication and flexible workforce management practices.
