**About the role**

In this role, you will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining system integration solutions that connect multiple platforms using industry-standard tools. Your expertise will drive efficiency, improve business processes, and support a secure, cohesive technology environment.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and execute integration plans that meet both business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Analyze data mapping requirements across systems, assess the impacts of system upgrades, and implement secure, effective solutions for customers and suppliers.
- Conduct thorough testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure system functionality and reliability.
- Maintain detailed documentation of integration strategies, configurations, and data mappings in a centralized repository to ensure organizational knowledge retention.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to align integration solutions with business objectives and manage escalations related to B2B integrations.

**About you**

You are detail-oriented, technically skilled, and motivated to create innovative integration solutions. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

- 3 - 5 years of experience in system integration and/or automation using a common integration tool such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Data Factory or Jitterbit
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 100 points of identification and two professional references
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module _(or willingness to obtain)_
