**What’s the opportunity?**

We are on the hunt for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team in Port Kembla.

This role will be responsible for all site activities of receiving, processing, preservations, and distribution.

Further to the above please note the duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Ensure established vehicle build quality standards are achieved in a timely manner
- Ensure open and transparent communication with customers and relevant stakeholders
- Review operational processes and streamline where possible
- Assist in ensuring all operations and processes are cost effective and optimised
- Ensure a culture of teamwork is maintained at all times
- Monitor individual and team KPIs to ensure delivery of Seamless Responsive solutions
- Manage staff requirements including monitoring, reviewing team performance, productivity and efficiency and ensure continuous improvement of processes to meet contractual agreement service levels
- Budget management including preparation and delivery of profits

**About You**

To be successful you must possess the following:

- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in leading and developing a high performing team
- A current driver licence
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
