This role can be done at either a full-time or part-time capacity. The part-time hours would be performed over 4 days at 7.5 hours per day.
**You’ll make an impact by**:

- Injury and illness physical and mental health case management:

- Incident management & support
- SHW Legislation
- Build capability
- Engage in hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control activities
- Wellbeing and safety campaigns
- Inspections, risk assessments & audits

**Do things differently with us**

**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- Min 3+ years’ experience in SHW environment
- Experience in proactively managing physical and mental health injuries and supporting recovery
- Experience in identifying hazards and risks (physical & psychosocial) with a solution focus

**Qualifications**
- First Aid Certificate **(desirable)**:

- Mental Health First Aid qualified **(desirable)**:

- Cert IV Work Health & Safety (highly desirable)
- Qualifications in Work Health & Safety, Risk Management, Psychology **(desirable)**
