**About the role**:
As IT Reporting Analyst (UC & Cloud), you will play a leading role in reporting and tracking the upgrade and transition across to unified communications (UC) including Microsoft services, cloud, and other hosted IT services throughout the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Implementing continuous improvements (processes, tools and documentation) for the portfolio of external IT services (UC & Cloud) which ensures spending is tracked against budget.
- Developing mechanisms to cost external IT services (UC & Cloud) so informed investment and planning decisions can be made.
- Developing and implementing measurement metrics and KPIs to ensure spend is aligned to pre-approved commitments.
- Provide leaders with insights on the progress of the financial performance of the portfolio associated with billing and spend of external IT services (UC & Cloud).

**About you**:
Your success in this role will rely on your proven ability to lead the financial analysis of external/ managed IT services and present reporting to senior/ executive management, ideally within a large and complex organisation. You enjoy providing excellent customer service and have proven capability to act as the main contact for major vendors including Telstra and Microsoft.

To be successful you will also have advanced knowledge of:

- unified communications, Microsoft or similar collaboration tools (such as MS Teams, Skype for Business, WebEx or Zoom)
- ICT Platforms including MS Teams, Office 365, Intune, Azure, telephony & unified communications services as well as mobility solutions and devices
- billing, subscription and licensing models such as enterprise agreements or MS Azure billing architectures.

You also hold a degree level qualification in Business, Information Technology or Communications, or a lesser qualification coupled with relevant industry experience.
