THINK Global Research is a leading Melbourne-based market research agency that works with top-tier clients across a range of industries, bringing a creative edge to research delivery.

We are looking for someone who is proactive and a client facing project coordinator to help us run smooth projects and deliver outstanding experiences for our clients.

**A day in the life with us TH?NKERS**:

- Working as the main point of contact between the client & our team
- Going above and beyond to make our client's lives easy
- Managing internal and external deadlines
- Managing meeting invites
- Managing project costs and forecasting
- Take meeting minutes

**We could also use a hand in**:

- Running research interviews (experience desired but not required)
- Preparing written content for our social media accounts or website
- Assisting in report writing and proposals

**Who we’re looking for**:
This is not your first rodeo (you’re not afraid of bucks, flicks, face-plants and the glory).

You will have between 1-4 years experience in a similar role, ideally with great written and verbal communication skills.

You should be organised, proactive, detail orientated, know your way around computers and the Microsoft Office 365 Suite and enjoy being client facing as this will form a major part of your role.

There is no requirement to have a background in market research (but it is a bonus) - we are looking for people with a range of backgrounds and experiences

**Additional details about the role**
- Located in our South Melbourne office
- 9am - 6pm Monday through Friday
- 1 hour lunch break
- Thursday team drinks (AKA Thirsty Thursdays)
- Work from home on Fridays
